I am an award-winning creative director, and you will often find me scribbling in a sketchbook – crafting a logo or hammering out a campaign. I have over 110 sketchbooks filled with my thoughts and ideas. I’m not entirely sure why I started keeping them. Now, I just can’t bear to throw them away.
Each blank page of a sketchbook begins with the question, “what if?” That question can lead anywhere. I believe in a collaborative approach where the best ideas can come from anywhere or anyone. Whether it is a postcard, print ad, website or a full-blown campaign, it’s about finding the best idea possible, by asking "what if we do this?" or "what if we do that?" They are questions I ask myself every day.
I’ve worked with some big agencies. And some small ones too.
As a Creative Director that gives me the experience to think big and lead others, but also understand how to work efficiently and maximize budgets. I know how to play well and collaborate with a team, but I can also be nimble and crafty – thinking on my feet and wearing many hats while working independently.
